2 tbsp Olive oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, grated
2 lb / 900g White cabbage, shredded
5-6 Kipster eggs
1 tbsp All-purpose Flour (optional)
Manchego cheese, grated (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Spices
Salt and black pepper to taste
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Sweet Paprika – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
Dried parsley – 1/2 tsp

Instructions for Cabbage and Eggs Recipe

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and grated carrot, and sauté until softened.
  2. Stir in the shredded cabbage, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
    Season with salt, black pepper, and the spices (oregano, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley). Mix well.
  3. Crack the Kipster eggs into the pan, one at a time, and gently mix them into the cabbage. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the eggs are fully set.
  4. For a cheesy twist, sprinkle Manchego cheese on top and let it melt before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
