These General Terms and Conditions apply to the giveaway organized by Kipster B.V.. By completing the following questionnaire and entering into this giveaway, the participant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions herein:

1. Kipster wishes to gain consumer insight on the driving factors that contribute to the purchase decisions of Kipster customers. As such, Kipster has developed a questionnaire for those who buy Kipster Eggs, giving participants the chance to win prizes for completing the survey.
2. Participation in this promotional game of chance is free. Participation in this promotional game of chance takes place by scanning the QR code on the flyer inserted in Kipster Egg cartons and completing the questionnaire.
3. Participants have a chance of winning one of 20 egg cookers valued at 24.99 euro each or one of 25 sets of egg cups (two eggs cups included per winner) valued at 11.89 euro each.
4. A participant may enter into this promotional game of chance from 1 september 2026 until 30 september 2026, after which point Kipster will randomly select 45 winners to receive prizes.
5. A participant may fill out the questionnaire only one time. If multiple participations by the same person in the same promotion are suspected, that person may be excluded.
6. Winners shall be selected randomly and impartially.
7. Winners shall be contacted via email no later than 4 weeks after closure of the questionnaire. If a selected winner is unreachable or otherwise fails to claim their prize within 10 days of notification, Kipster shall have the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a new, randomly selected, participant. Only winning participants shall be contacted.
8. To be eligible for the promotional game of chance, participants must reside in The Netherlands. Participants under the age of 18 must gain consent from their legal guardian before entering. Employees of the Kipster and third parties engaged by Kipster are not eligible to enter.
9. Kipster retains the right to discontinue this promotional game of chance at any time without giving reason or amend these general terms and conditions.
10. By completing the questionnaire and entering into this promotional game of chance, Kipster processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR. By entering into this promotional game of chance, participants are further agreeing to be bound to the following method of data handling by Kipster:
    – Kipster shall collect data pertaining to the participant’s name, address, email address, survey responses.
    – Data shall be collected and processed for the purposes of notifying winners or otherwise administrating the giveaway, and analyzing survey responses.
    – Kipster shall store and retain participant data for the duration of the promotional game of chance and further until all prizes have been delivered to the winning participants.
    – Participants have the right to access, modify, or delete their data, as well as withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@kispter.nl with any such request.
11. Kipster shall not be liable for damages caused by participation in a contest, technical malfunctions, defects, or delays in participation or the selection of the winner.
12. This giveaway is governed by Dutch law, including the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. Kipster has drawn up these terms and conditions in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
